Psychotherapy for
thoughtful, reflective work

Grounded, collaborative, and steady

Why work with me?

A steady, non-pressured therapeutic pace

You won’t be rushed toward insight, solutions, or change. The work unfolds at a pace that respects your capacity and allows things to be met carefully over time.

A collaborative and responsive process

Therapy is shaped together and can include reflection, practical focus, and goal-setting when it’s useful, rather than following a fixed agenda.

Space for depth without intensity or theatre

There is room to explore complex or difficult experiences without needing to dramatise, perform, or push for transformation. Depth is approached quietly and with care.

Individual Psychotherapy Sessions

  • Online sessions (60 or 90 minutes)

  • Collaborative, process-focused approach

  • Carefully paced work without pressure to rush or resolve

  • Clear session boundaries and professional confidentiality

  • Optional short-term structure with PH360 wellbeing profiling

  • The work is collaborative and carefully paced, with close attention to the quality of the therapeutic relationship. Sessions provide space to explore emotional, cognitive, and interpersonal experiences as they arise, without pressure to fix, resolve, or move quickly toward change.

Rather than working to a predetermined agenda, therapy unfolds through ongoing dialogue and reflection. This allows patterns to be noticed and understood over time, and for difficult or unfamiliar experiences to be met with care and steadiness.

This option suits people looking for an ongoing therapeutic process that values depth, patience, and thoughtful engagement.

Integrative Process (Three Sessions)

  • Time-limited, three-session structure

  • Combines psychotherapy with elements of health-oriented coaching

  • Includes a structured profiling reference to support reflective work

  • This integrative process is a short-term piece of work offered within a three-session container.

The sessions are relational and exploratory, with attention to emotional, psychological, and physiological experience. Alongside psychotherapy, elements of health-oriented coaching are used to support practical inquiry into how physiological patterns may be interacting with emotional and psychological experience.

A structured profiling reference is included as a shared point of orientation. It is not used diagnostically or prescriptively, but as a way of supporting reflection across mind, emotions, and body.

This process may suit people who want a contained space to explore patterns and connections, without committing to open-ended psychotherapy or a coaching program.

About Jack

I’m a psychotherapist who works in a steady, collaborative way, with close attention to the quality of the therapeutic relationship. I offer a space where clients can explore their experience with care, while also working practically and thoughtfully toward what matters to them.

My approach is grounded and paced, with attention to emotional, cognitive, and interpersonal patterns as they arise. At times, the work may involve clarifying direction, identifying goals, or experimenting with new ways of responding to familiar difficulties. This is done collaboratively, and always in a way that respects capacity rather than imposing pressure or expectation.

Alongside my psychotherapy training, I have experience in men’s work facilitation and training in Precision Health Coaching. These experiences inform my ability to move between reflection and action, depth and practicality, while my work remains anchored in a therapeutic frame.

I work with individuals seeking a grounded, engaged therapeutic process that can hold both depth and direction.
